Mermaiding
Whether you have a daughter or a son, mermaiding is a fun and exciting way to discover swimming with a monofin. Dressed as a mermaid or merman, children develop their swimming skills, stay active and enjoy every moment in the water.
We are proud to partner with Happy Tails and use their products in our mermaiding lessons.

What Else You Should Know:
Aquatics Prague No1 is a registered member club of the Czech Swimming Federation (ČSPS). With an annual membership registration fee of CZK 200, every swimmer receives a range of member benefits:
- Registered athlete status
- Discounted prices for all camps and swimming programmes
- Free entry to our themed summer and winter club events full of games, competitions and fun
- Online swimmer’s training diary
- Comprehensive make-up lesson system – missed lessons can also be used by adult family members across all eligible groups

According to the preventive regulations of the Czech Swimming Federation (ČSPS), all swimmers must submit a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness for Physical Activity and Sport, renewed annually:
- Recreational swimmers – certificate for organised sport issued by a general practitioner or paediatrician.
- Competitive swimmers – certificate for performance sport, including an ECG, issued by a paediatrician (swimmers aged 10 and under), or a sports medical examination performed by a sports physician (swimmers aged 11 and over). E recommend ÚPSL.
Our make-up lesson system is one of the most flexible available and may also be used by family members:
- Missed lessons can be rescheduled within the prepaid semester, provided the absence is reported at least 12 hours before the lesson through our online registration system KIS.
- Unused make-up lessons cannot be transferred to the following semester.
